We strongly support our bicycle industry distributors. Therefore, if you are a bicycle or sporting goods
retailer,we would ask you to contact them directly for your ordering needs.

| If you would like to order directly simply Contact Us for a dealer application. Please note you must have a storefront. We do not offer terms; all orders
must be prepaid with a credit card (Visa/MC/AmEx/Discover). Our minimum order is $300. Orders less than the
minimum will incur a $10 service charge. |

| We will extend a 5% first order discount to any new dealer who would
like to start a clothing and accessories program with Pace Sportswear. |
